Welcome to SOBER LIFE CEO, operated by Matthew Stainer, MSc, MBACP, UKCP, FDAP ("we," "us," or "our").

Our Services are intended primarily for users located in the United Kingdom. If you access them from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3.1 WHAT WE OFFER

SOBER LIFE CEO provides executive sobriety transformation services, including:

- Private breakthrough consultations

- The SOBER Method™ program (90-day transformation system)

- One-on-one coaching and support

- Educational resources and materials

- Access to proprietary frameworks and methodologies

3.2 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

All services are delivered by Matthew Stainer, a registered psychotherapist, in accordance with the ethical standards of:

- British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

- UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

- Federation of Drug and Alcohol Professionals (FDAP)

3.3 WHAT WE ARE NOT

Our Services are NOT:

- Medical treatment or medical advice

- Emergency services or crisis intervention

- A substitute for professional medical care or rehabilitation programs

- Guaranteed to produce specific results

4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

4.1 ACCOUNT CREATION

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information

- Keep your password secure and confidential

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.2 ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4.3 ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations or illegal activity.

5. BOOKING AND CONSULTATION PROCESS

5.1 BREAKTHROUGH CONSULTATIONS

- Complete a brief questionnaire

- Select an appointment time

- Receive a confirmation email

- Attend at the scheduled time

5.2 CONSULTATION FORMAT

- Video call (Zoom or similar)

- Phone (if necessary)

- In-person (by special arrangement)

5.3 RESCHEDULING POLICY

- Provide at least 24 hours’ notice

- Contact via email or client portal

- We will accommodate your new time if possible

5.4 CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a fee

- No-shows may be charged in full

- Emergencies considered individually

6. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT AND FEES

6.1 SOBER METHOD™ PROGRAM

- Receive a detailed agreement

- Gain access to program materials

- Participate in one-on-one sessions

6.2 PAYMENT TERMS

- Full payment required before program start

- Payment plans may be available

- Fees in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise

- Secure processing via Stripe, PayPal, etc.

6.3 PROGRAM FEES

- Fees discussed during consultation

- Subject to change for new clients

- Current clients’ fees remain fixed during program

6.4 REFUND POLICY

- Before start: Full refund

- Within 14 days: Partial refund (pro-rated)

- After 14 days: No refund, except for exceptional circumstances

6.5 NON-TRANSFERABLE

Enrollment is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

7.1 ACTIVE PARTICIPATION

You agree to attend sessions, complete exercises, and engage fully.

7.2 HONESTY AND DISCLOSURE

Provide accurate information, disclose relevant conditions, and inform us of changes.

7.3 PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

Maintain appropriate communication and boundaries at all times.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

8.1 OUR COMMITMENT

All information shared in sessions is confidential, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8.2 EXCEPTIONS

Confidentiality may be breached if:

- You provide written consent

- There is serious risk of harm

- Required by law, court order, or safeguarding laws

- Evidence of terrorism or money laundering arises

8.3 YOUR OBLIGATIONS

You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding materials and other clients.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

9.1 OWNERSHIP

All content, frameworks, and materials are owned or licensed by SOBER LIFE CEO.

9.2 TRADEMARKS

“The SOBER Method™” and “SOBER LIFE CEO” are trademarks of Matthew Stainer.

9.3 LIMITED LICENSE

You may use materials for personal transformation only. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9.4 TESTIMONIALS

By submitting testimonials, you grant us permission to use them (anonymized if requested).

10. PROHIBITED USES

You agree NOT to:

- Use Services for unlawful purposes

- Infringe on intellectual property

- Spread malware or gain unauthorized access

- Harass, impersonate, or abuse others

- Use bots or scrapers

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no guarantees of specific results.

Our Services are not medical advice and should not replace medical care.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

- Exclusions do not apply to death, injury, or fraud caused by negligence.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOBER LIFE CEO, Matthew Stainer, and affiliates against claims arising from your use, violations, or misconduct.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

15. TERMINATION

We may modify Services or Terms at any time. Updates will show a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. GENERAL PROVISIONS

- Entire Agreement: Includes Privacy Policy and program agreements

- Severability: Invalid terms do not affect the remainder

- Waiver: Non-enforcement is not a waiver

- Assignment: You may not transfer rights; we may assign to affiliates

- Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our control
